1. Information Collection

To provide our CRM services, we collect the following types of information:

• Therapist Data: Name, Email, Phone, Professional Credentials (License #, Specialization), and Practice Location.
• Client Data (Processed on your behalf): Client Name, DOB, Age, Contact details, Session History, and Invoice records.
• Sensitive Health Data: Clinical notes and wellness scores recorded by the Therapist. This constitutes Sensitive Personal Data or Information (SPDI) under Indian Law.
• Integration Data: Gmail Address and App Passwords (strictly used for sending automated and therapist-initiated emails as configured by you).
• Google Calendar Data: If you authorize the connection, we collect and sync session schedules to your Google Calendar.

2. Use of Information

We use this data solely to:

• Facilitate practice management, scheduling, and invoicing.
• Send communications (appointment reminders, retention emails, or manual messages) to clients on your behalf using your provided credentials.

Strict Non-Disclosure: We do not sell, trade, or share your data (including Patient Notes and App Passwords) with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

Google Calendar Data Usage: We use your Google Calendar data only to schedule and sync therapy sessions you create within the app. We do not view, edit, or share your other calendar events, and this data is never used for advertising.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data only as long as you use our services. You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data (including client records and invoices).

Upon receiving a deletion request or account termination, all data is permanently removed from our storage systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

4. Data Security

We implement robust security measures, including encryption for sensitive credentials (like App Passwords) and health records. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
