Refunds for therapy sessions are governed by the individual policy of the Therapist you have booked with. Some therapists may have a "No Refund" policy, while others may allow cancellations up to 24 hours before a session. Please check the specific terms provided by your therapist before booking.
If a therapist authorizes a refund, or if a payment was made in error due to a technical glitch on our platform, the refund will be initiated by TherapyLink. Once initiated, the amount will be reflected in your original payment source within 5-7 working days.
For disputes regarding service quality or attendance, the decision lies with the respective Therapist. TherapyLink will assist in mediation but does not hold liability for service disputes.
